Terms & Conditions

  • Due to the process of risograph printing, each print is unique and may vary. It is different to digital printing so please make sure it is suitable for your project before ordering. We strongly recommend seeing risograph colour swatches in person prior to ordering. We do not offer refunds on print orders.

 

  • It is an analogue printing method with lots of quirks. Mis-registration and roller marks are expected and often part of the charm, however we are experienced in minimising these as much as possible. 

 

  • We make everything by hand in our studio and so couple of millimetres tolerance is expected for folded & bound products.

 

  • You must have full ownership or have explicit permission, ensuring no copyright is breached when sending artwork. You are solely responsible for any legal disputes that may arise with the use of a third party’s image.

 

  • We will not print anything that contributes or perpetuates racism, bigotry, transphobia, homophobia or sexism and will reject artwork if we deem it inappropriate.

 

  • If you have a specific deadline please let us know. We are not responsible for any missed deadlines and will provide an estimated turnaround time when quoting a print job. Rush orders may be subject to an additional charge.

 

  • We are not responsible for any mistakes or errors within print files. Changes to files may incur an additional charge if printing has already begun.

 

  • Orders are sent with tracked shipping via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. You can request guaranteed next day delivery if needed. You can also collect from our studio.

 

  • Once orders are shipped we are unable to fully manage and take responsibility for the delivery, but are happy to do what we can to help with any issues or delays.

 

  • Payments must be paid by the due date. We will not begin processing your order until payment has been made in full (unless otherwise agreed). Fees and interest may be applied to late payments.

 

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

  • Orders can be are made online via the the quote form or by emailing hello@wildpressriso.com. You will then be sent an invoice with payment details. We are VAT exempt.

 

  • Please note as of 1st July 2021, EU customers will have to pay import VAT and handling fees before you can claim your parcel. This depends on the country and the value of the item. International shipments may be subject to additional Import VAT, customs duty and handling fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may apply. Wild Press has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility over additional overseas costs.

 

  • All images on this website are the property of Wild Press. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any content without express written permission from Wild Press.

 

  • Wild & Kind Studios is located 300 metres from Bridgeton railway station, with excellent bus and cycle links, free street parking, accessible lift, accessible and gender-neutral bathrooms available. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any questions, concerns or requests regarding accessibility.

 

  • Workshop & Induction Cancellation Policy

    Tickets can be refunded minus the booking fee up to 7 days before the induction date, after which no refunds will be issued. If you cannot make your booking please let us know as soon as possible and we may be able to transfer you to another date. We reserve the right to cancel the the induction for any reason for example insufficient attendee numbers and you will receive a full refund if this occurs.
